We delivered a tactical training campaign for the EE covering the entire UK. Our team of tech experts all completed our training academy before starting their store visits. Working in-store they trained EE staff new internal systems designed to improve customers overall experience. The training was backed up with robust auditing and mystery shopping.

We recruit, train and manage a team for Vodafone helping them transition new corporate users to their network. Working nationwide, our team work in partnership with Vodafone providing front line support making sure every new user has a seamless experience.
